ROBERT B. FRENCH Superintendent of Pontiac Schools, Robert B. French, runs our school system with able supervision and the greatest amount of efficiency. He promotes good-will and co- operation among all of the schools. At every commencement exercise he gives diplomas and his regards to the graduating seniors. After receiving his degree from the University of Michigan, Mr. French taught in several Michigan and Illinois schools. He was prin- cipal at Hamtramck and superintendent at Berkley before coming to Pontiac in 1939. FRANK J, DU FRA1N Financial problems of the Pontiac school system come under the direction of our capable assistant superintendent, Frank J. Du Frain. Mr. Du Frain, who is also treasurer of the Board of Education, is in charge of the Board of Education offices located on Patterson street. His efficiency in all undertakings makes him an out- standing administrator. E, C. RUSSELL Mr. E. C. Russell is the director of voca- tional and adult education in the Pontiac schools. Mr. Russell attended Western State Col- lege of Education and Wheaton College. For the past twenty-two years the Pon- tiac school system has had his capable and efficient services.
