Their entry in the Homecoming Parade was judged most comical float. The lcey clulo is chiefly a service club. Every year they present a gift, which was a proiection screen this year. The main accomplishment of the Orators' Club this year was taking second place in the bowling league. This club attracts those interested in public speaking. These clubs presented their constitutions to the Student Council and atter the constitutions were accepted, the clubs became associate members. The Biology Club got ott with a bang by having a tield trip to lvlarineland. Atter seeing the huge aquarium, they hunted along the coast tor speci- mens to put in the club museum. The next trip was to the Arboretum on Lucky Baldwin's estate. The County and State have transplanted plants trorn toreign lands and are experimenting with the plants and with other proiects. All members agree that Dick Sather and Mr. lvlyers planned some interesting trips. As usual, Science Math Club made many trips to spots ot scientitic interest. Bob Evans and lvlr. Bol- linger tirst scheduled the bus to go to the Grittith Observatory. The club next went to Lever Bros., where they were shown through the tood and soap sections.
