October 16'- Being a Deril, my favorite subject is- you guessed it-P. E. It's more interesting than ever these days, since they'1'e included coeducational activities. Under the direc- tion of Miss Loreridge and Mr. Petersen, the PHYSICAL EDUCATION department decided that coed recreation would he a good supplement to the regular program because it would help to eliminate boy- girl bashfulness . . . The guys in auto shop didn't have to stop speaking to me just because I put the crank shaft in back- wards-I thought it was pretthg funny. They just ha1fen't a sense of humor . . . Oh well.
