Ably jockeyed by George Edgerton and assisted by Paul Keckley, she gave the crowd a show for their money by continually staying ahead of her field. This was not done however without the help of our groom, Dean Ross, and record keepers, Lois Emery and Dot Adams. With several sensational records to her credit in the form of a steakbake and a beach ditch day and many other activities, she more than outdid herself to keep spirit present throughout the year. Having gone through many years of learning how to become in condition for the greater races ahead, number twelve finds that the end of her major training period is coming to a close, and that she will now be able to go ahead into the future and achieve those successes that she so honestly deserves. Getting ready to give her fine qualities in the form of student leadership and achievement to the world, we are confident that her past successes indi- cate that in the years to come we will hear much of her contributions to the track of life. Good luck, number twelve. May the spirit of Pomona High School and Iunior College forever be with you. yy df I' rj!! WV 5 wr T W
