ICT VICA The purpose of ICT VICA is to pre- pare youth for successful entry into the labor market, to promote under- standing ot the industrial society in which we live, to develop a respect of trades and skills needed for voca- tional goals, to meet the manpower needs of the nation's industries, and to promote safety among Trade and lndustrial Education students at home, school and on the job.
