Their assistance is es- sential in carrying out the many respon- sibilities of the school secretary. The library workers are a gen- erous group of students who give up their free period to learn more about how the li- brary works and to perform a very valuable service for the entire school. Their major du- ties include checking out books, shelving books, getting new books ready to be checked out and keeping back issues of magazines in order.
