TIGER SINGERS Take The Challenge Tiger Singers was a sevenTh grade choir ThaT meT Thursdays afTer school. IT was direcfed by Mrs. Bon- nie Howerfon and accompanied by Ms. Gloria Helmer. Ouf of The TOO sTudenTs who audifioned, The choir was narrowed down To 55 mem- bers. The purpose of The choir was To provide more challenging song maferial To sTudenTs who really liked To sing and The chance To perform ThaT maferial. Tiger Singers mainly sahg for The WinTer and Spring concerT, plus some incidenTal performances for assemblies. This year The choir pur- chased special T-shirfs designed by Miss Mendlick, arT Teacher. All of The Time spenT by The singers was ap- preciaTed by Mrs. HowerTon. Com- menfed Jenny Holmes, I really en- joyed being in The group and l'm glad l was chosen.
