Y Intramurals included volleyball for seventh grade girls. Every day they practiced their skills in bumping, spiking and serving. The girls were divided into two groups and each group had four teams. The teams played each other after school and they ended in a tourna- ment to decide the winners. Coach Deatrick and Coach Chamberlin were in charge of the intramurals, and were aided by Miss Joan Hedrick. At the end of the season the girls were proud of their progress and skills and eager for their varsity year.
