Science: Extra!! Extra!! c'The
ysteries Of Science Exposed B
Science offers many different op-
portunities to discover the World
about us. Various units were offered
such as astronomy, chemistry, cell
structure, and survival in natural di-
aster situations. Each unit was de-
signed so students might become
aware of the causes and reactions be-
hind their environment.
Students had to adapt themselves
to many different situations in class.
Lectures were held which involved
good note taking techniques. Partici-
pation was expected in the labs as
students did many experiments. Stu-
dents learned the use of the periodic
table, how to diasect an animal, and
the use of the microscope.
The course helped students pre-
pare themselves for future science
classes in high school and for use in
their every day life.
Science Teachers: Csittingl Mr. Gene Kenney, and Mrs. Naomi Burwell. Cstandingl Mrs.
