Most bills pertaining to finance originate in the House. It also provides the most direct means for student opinion to make itself felt. The House is composed of the student body vice president, the Sales and Finance Commissioner, and a representative elected from each homeroom to represent the general student body and to convey their suggestions. proposals, and resolutions. p-5 Chairman of the House is the student-body vice president. High Art Club is to create more interest in the field of art. Among the club's activities this year were their annual dance, trips to San Francisco art exhibits, tour of California School of Arts and Crafts, formal dinner, guest speakers and lectures.
