Most bills pertaining to finance originate in the House. It also provides the most direct means for student opinion to make itself felt. The House is composed of the student body vice president, the Sales and Finance Commissioner, and a representative elected from each homeroom to represent the general student body and to convey their suggestions. proposals, and resolutions. p-5 Chairman of the House is the student-body vice president.
