JIM CARNAHAN, speeding his hot Mustang towards the boat dock, was stopped by the local police- man and given a citation for safe driving; he missed the boat. So with 26 of the senior class, the SS- 74 Adventure departed. Somewhere in the middle of the Atlantic, a sudden storm arose. The ship was wrecked, and the class of 74 was washed ashore on a deserted island. The class soon built a great city in which SUSAN DURBIN is designing fashions which TONI CHARLESWORTH models. DALE YORK is pursuing the life of a coach, but the only kind of team that is available on the island to coach, is an orange juice drinking team. MAX BARDELL is the captain of his team. CAROL SHUMWAY has plantation from which she supplies Dale's team with orange juice, and TERRI HULTON is the official taster. TODD BJERSTEDT is sitting on the sand pouting because his race car is broken down. WADE SPRINGER is at a loss as to how to fix it with no plastic parts. RON JENSEN has just opened up the Powderhorn Sahara, the biggest ski area on the island. KEN CUMMINS is trying to invent a new kind of ski that will ski on sand. RICK HOLLEMBEAK is the only one of the class who has taken an interest in becoming a professional typist. NORMA WHITE is busy directing a new play which KATHY CUNNINGHAM wrote in memory of Aunt Gabby, because she could no longer correspond. PAULA REEVES is an elementary teacher at the island's only school. CINDY SKRBINA is usually the only student because she expressed a great desire to continue with her schooling and become a profes- sional cheerleader for Dale's team. JUSTIN WALZ wants to continue his rodeo life, but he has been beaten out of it by KAREN SCOTT who made Miss Rodeo of 1984. DANNY HAWKINS and KIM CUNNINGHAM have a rock-busting singing group. CHRIS HILL is still trying to figure out how he can get electricity to the band's instruments. RUDI BEVAN has a big tobacco plantation on which DWAYNE DILLARD just finished building a mill where Rudi can process his tobacco into chew. JEANINE THORNBERG is relaxing by drawing a very unusual comic strip about the class of 74; it is called BC does it again. LYNN CHENOWETH is sitting under a palm tree, taking all the happenings of the island in. MARION HACKLER is still on the beach, mourning for her lost love Greg. RICK DAVIS is running around the island with her camera searching for any remnant of an old civilization or artifacts. Now where are the two sponsors, Mr. Gifford and Mr. Chisholm? In a little hut down upon the beach where they can watch any boats that might stray in, and wondering, Why me? 19 Senior Class Prophecy — David Baldwin Celia Camahan Kirn Harper Morrie Blackman Larry Brake Lavonne Currier Richard Dean Debbie Durbin Dea Gibson Eddie Gunderson Wade Hill Merrie Jean Hollembeak Steven Mitchell Joann Nichols Martin Powell Brenda Reeves Kathy Riley Matt Springer Larry Stanley Judy Trout Evonne Click George Currier Jeff Dillon Karen Earley Chris Felczak Stacy Fifield Eddie Forsman Donna Gibson Eva Rae Hall John Harper 25 Carol Hudgens Chris Skrbina Clarence Johnson Carol Schafer Steve Thomberg D'Ann Long Pam wells Cindy Mohrman Merlin White Lee Mohrman Craig Woodring ’ Cynthia Moore Rhonda Ahrens Nate Christie Joe Fortenberry Jeff Gapter Leslie Harrison Lora Isom Dan Jester Donald Johnson Rex Mitchell Pam Morhman 29 Eighth Grade Mark Berry Tori Bevan Terry Brake Debby Bumgardner Darrell Carver Janice Chapman Gary Cummins Jeff Davies Debby Davis Rich Fifield Jerald Hawkins Linda Hollimbeak Judy Hulton Merle Isom Johnny Jordan Linda Jordan Andy Kelley Frank Lenc Gary Shumway Marsha Spangler Roger Webb John Lyons Brian McAlexander Ivan Mitchell Rhonda Page Debbie Pfertsh John Schafer Seventh Grade Tommy Bieser Jerry Brake Shannon Christie Eve Green David Hawkins Lora Hefton David Hill Zack Hill Bill Hoke Janice Hulton Carrie Karlson Rose Anne Kelly Jill McGee Leah Mills Reva Mitchell John Moore Carol Nichols Penny Nichols Abbie Norvell Rocky Norvell Bob Peden Ruby Severson Caren Skrbina Cristy Stafford Sixth Grade FRONT ROW: Clarence Nichols, Alan Dillon, Connie Bjerstedt, Lenny Hill, Brian Roberts, Mike Cunningham, Scon Stanley.
