.-SfL..93 On May 3 the Juniors of PHS entertained the Seniors at their annual Junior-Senior Banquet and Prom. The theme, Mardi Gras in Fairyland, was carried out by colorful decorations on stage, walls, ceiling, and floor with a wishing well in the center. The waiters and waitresses were Larry Johnson, Larry Oltjenbruns, Bob Patras, Bob Larson, Frank Kienow, Ronald Alexander, Bob Watson, and Gerain Spatz. Waitresses were Jayne Tepner, Alyce Schultze, Sandra Johnson, Lavonne Shannon, Kathleen Buchholz, Jackie Twiss, Ellen Thieman and Barbara Houston. The boys were dressed as pixies and the girls as fairies. The menu was steak Csmothered in mushroomsg asparagus, potatoes and gravy, banana nut salad, and chocolate Sundies for dessert. The food was prepared by the Stark Valley Ladies Aid. Ed Prange served as toastmaster with Gary Lingenfelter giving the welcome, Verlee Peter- son giving the response. Then atrio consisting of Mary Houston, Carol Harrison and Marie Callow sang a number followed by a piano solo played by Sherlene Reikofski. Mr. Schell then read the Senior Class prophecy prepared by the Juniors. The farewell address was given by Mr. Hanson. After a short intermission, the Prom was held with music by a Combo of Bobby Downs.
