Meg Brockie (Kim Rife) and Jeff Douglas (Jim Barnes) get acquainted. Lerner and Loewe's musical play, “Bri- gadoon” came to life on our stage May 1, 2, and 3. The play focuses on the tiny Scottish town of Brigadoon which disap- peared in 1747 and comes to life for only one day each century. Miss Edie Koopman served as director of the production and was assisted by Mrs. Bonnie Neal, Mr. Jim Yarbrough, and Mr. Ed Jones. “Brigadoon” Comes Andrew MacLaren (Dan Ewing) instructs The townspeople listen as Meg (Kim Rife) tells of her mother’s wedding day. Band Banquet The band awards banquet is an annual event held at St. George's Serbian Hall in May. At the banquet band members are presented with their individual awards for membership, and outstanding members are presented with special awards. After the presen- tation, the formal evening is concluded with two hours of dancing. Karla Snyder and Edie Barnes give the photogra- pher a grin.
