They twirled two flags, instead of the usual one. Below is a picture of the flagsters during the alma mater at the La Mirada game. . 1 . = 4 The flagsters with the help of the songleaders corned the banner in parades and at games.

Headed by Joyce Jackson, these girls performed dance routines at rallies, assemblies, and games. 1 T Baton Twirlers Spark Titans Priscilla Lucero From left: Barbara Schneider, Prisciila Lucero, Gwen Scifres, and Barbara Mille+t. A small but very vital group of pepsfers on cam- pus are the Titan majorettes. With Barbara Schneid- er as their leader, these girls are kept very busy per- forming at games and marching in parades. At the football games the twirlers participated in halftime shows. They performed baton routines strikingly in front of the crowd. The majorettes ore judged at parades either with the band or alone as a unit.
