Everyone who graduates from high school should be prepared in some way to enter the job market. With some knowledge of typewriting, short- hand, accounting, and filing, one is ready for the world of work, says MRS. SOMA SMITH. Mrs. Smith received her B.S. in secondary education from Jacksonville State Univer- sity and a M.B.E. from the University of Montevallo. MRS. JANICE SEIGART thinks that, Mathematics is the foundation of all technology. Without it we would literally be in the dark. She got her B.S. from Auburn University, and her M.A, from the University of Alabama in Birming- ham. Mrs. Seigart teaches Algebra II and trigonometry. COACH JIM TOLSON has a point of view on almost everything. He says, Driver education could be a matter of life and death, and physical education is important to the well being of people. Coach Tolson received his M.A. at the University of Alabama and his B.S. at lacksonville State. Additional studies came from the University of Georgia, and Montevallo. He says, Psychology is impor- tant because it teaches about people. Coach Tolson coaches the Varsity Basketball team, lunior High football, and track.
