TheY-Teens, a worldwide organization of Junior Y. W. C.A. members, work in many ways to build character and to have fun. The four Y-Teen organizations of our school have been quite active. Each club has carried out numerous civic projects, as well as debate-forums during the year. Only when these projects were completed, did the clubs plan their social events, which were all big successes. Sponsors for the clubs include Mrs. Moore and Mrs. Beall, Faculty Coordinators. key Club Composed of boys selected for leadership, character and scholarship, the Key Club is sponsored by the Pineville Kiwanis Club. This active organization participates in many civic projects, such as the United Fund drive. Senior Hi- J The Senior Hl-Y, made up of 11th and 12th grades boys is a Junior organization of the Y. M.C. A. With the guidance of Mr. Hutchinson, the boys are helpful in many civic projects. The purchasing of a P. A. System for our school is the aim of this club. They sell refreshments at all home basketball games to raise money for this project.
