AM as it is commonly known, is a national organization for girls and boys who desire to promote the importance of worthy home membership, to encourage democracy in home and community, and to work for good home and family for all. F. H. A. is an integral part of the home economics program, We participate in activities which will help our school. They are basketball concessions, assemblies, and sending boxes to the needy. A., as it is commonly known, is the national organization of, by, and for, boys studying vocational agriculture in public second- ary schools under the provisions of the National Vocational Education Arts. The F. F. A. is an intra-curricular activity having its origin and root in a definite part of the school curriculum-vocational agriculture. Among other things, members learn through active participation how to conduct and take part in a public meeting: to speak in public: to buy and sell cooperatively: to solve their own problems: to finance themselves: and to assume civic responsibility, The foundation on which the Future Farmers of America organization is built includes leadership and character development, sportsmanship, cooperation, thrift, service scholarship, improved agriculture, organized recreation, citizenship, and patriotism.
