ikpuaifh' mr. napier - band band This.year's band was the big- gest band in Pinckney High School's history. In addition to 94 regular members, there were also 6 baton twirlers and a drum major. No one else can keep a class of this size better under control than Mr. Napier. He led them through their football halftime activities, their yearly concerts, and arranged for them to appear at U., of M. Stadium for the an- nual Band Day. r' Tfl' I - il!-' - faculty!41

art Creative expression is encour- aged and stimulated by Mrs. Lu- cas and Mr. Ash, the art instruc- tors. Everybody has some imagi- nation, and art provides the chance to utilize this imagina- tion. lt is a relaxing and reward- ing experience as well. Plaster casts, loop rugs, and chalk drawings are only. a few projects undertaken by the art students. The advanced artists did some work in portraits. Art offers many enjoyable and learn- ing projects for the imaginative beginner, and a chance for the experienced artists to develop their talents. 40!faculty 'B Ae I .X Y -1. 6 ' .mn . j t K L Y: N 5.
