With their guidance we are pointed towards a better and more promising life. This year the counselors are providing students with help in scheduling and curriculum problems. The counselors are important to every student where individual care is a neces- sity. Whether it is counseling n disturbed freshman or direc- ting a college bound senior, the counselors work for beyond the regular school day. The counselors try to meet all of the students' needsg the rewards are manyg the problems, tre- mendous.

New people have entered the district and with them they have brought new ideas and new problems. Since he has been Superintendent, Mr. Ash has encouraged higher education in the Pinckney Community School District. Pickney High School employed a new principal this year Mr. Kennedy. Traditionally a leader will affect the people he leads with his disposition. lf you entered the office dur- ing the year for whatever reason, you would find that there was an understanding, but strict attitude toward student be- havior in school. Besides his duties as a disciplinarian, Mr. Kennedy super- vises the curriculum changes for the coming year and the assignment of students to these classes.

The bus drivers are very important people to our school. They bring us to school and get us out at night. They are very helpful on game nights by providing us with transpor- tation to and from sports activities. Our kitchen help is a very important aspect to our school. They provide us with a noursihing meal to help us to get through the day. With the help of Mrs. Abney, we can always look forward to good lunches. The custodians without helping, our school would be total chaos. Everyday at 2:30 they come out with their mops, pails, and brooms to prepare the school for another day. Without the help of these people, the school would have a hard time existing. These are our bus drivers. Row one: S. Masters, D. Baughn.S.Tepat- ti, B. Childs. Row two: L. Newman, H. Reynolds, H.
