The homecoming king, Deryl Koopmann, was elected by the Cardinal Club. Daryl crowned his queen at the Stanton versus Pilger basketball game on January 13, 1950. The queen's attendants were as follows: runner up- Marlan Wolverton, a sophomoreg Darlene Vraspir, a Juniorg and Donna Heermann, a Freshman. Included also in the royal party were Teresa Rennlck who carried the queen's flowers, and John Butterfield, who carried the queen'e gift.
