rf DR. RUSSELL GREGG BISNETT Vice President Pikeville College is happy to welcome Dr. Russell G. Bisnett to our campus this year. He will serve as the first vice president in the history of the college. The primary duties of the new vice president will be in the field of public relations. Dr. Bisnett comes- to us from the First Presbyterian Church, of Lodi, California. Besides his pastoral duties, Dr. Bisnett was active in the affairs of his Presbytery, Synod and local community. We know that Dr. Bisnett will find work on a college campus different than the pastorate but we hope he will find it just as challenging and rewarding.
