CSF ACH IIIIS ADVISOR: John Bl-unolli CSF OFFICERS: Secretary: Missy Nicols, President: Julie Arellano, Vice President: Angela Yamaichi During the past year, CSF has been involved in many new and different activities. With the enthusiastic leadership of Mr. Brunolli, we held the first annual Installation of Officers Banquet in December. This event was attended by almost 250 CSF students and their parents. After the Pot Luck dinner, entertainment was provided by many of the club's talented members. ln late January, we planned a Roller Skatingf Bowling field trip and then in March we will be arranging our Spring outing to San Francisco. Later in the year, if circumstances permit, we have tentative plans of going to Columbia, Calif. ln the future, our organization will also be involved in many other activities and school services.

f ll CSI. The National Honor Society was created in 1921 by the National Association of Secondary School Principals. Members are chosen for outstanding qualities in leadership and academic ability. The title comes from a Swedish word meaning honor. California Scholarship Federation is an honor society to which students apply on the basis of grades and citizenship. The purpose of CSF is to promote leadership, responsibility and high academic standards. In this year's fall semester, SW of Piedmont Hills' student body qualified for membership.
