Class History A class of unrefined freshmen entered the great halls of P .H.S . in 1973. The first thing we had to do was elect a brilliant leader. Larry Batho ran unopposed and won. In September we were brutally initiated by the sophomores. The first event we participated in was the Halloween Car- nival. Our Candidate was Deb Fountain. Didn ' t make it that year. Pam Quinnell, Kim Izzard, and Beth Wise were our Vivacious freshmen Cheerleaders. Moving up a rung on the ladder we entered our sophomore year, getting bigger and better all the time. Commander-in-chief was Rod Slater. Our Halloween Carnival Candidate was Sherry Olmstead. We flopped with tiie ticket sales ana got beat again. Leading the cheers were Kim Izzard, Linda Nayback, Sherry Olmstead, and Pam Quinnell. What we lacked in intellect we made up in pep. In September we dehumanized the class of ' 78 with our savage initiaton. Oh, sweet revenge! ! In September or ' 75 we began the only year we ever did anything prosperous, led by our women ' s libber, Bev Mac Donald. Kathy Belonga was our Carnival Candidate. We Struck Out. Cheerleaders were Kim Izzard, Sherry Olmstead, and Pam Quinnell. During the year we poisened the community with our Ham and Spaghetti Suppers. We sold concessions at football and basketball games, ripping off more than we paid for. We got our class rings--at last we could go steady! In the fall of ' 76 we entered P. H.S. for the last year. As a group of polished seniors we were able to get away with murder. Captain Paul Sims was our fearful leader. We entered the carnival in vain with Jan Miller as our candidate. Our three spirited cheerleaders were Kim Izzard, Bev MacDonald and Pam Quinnell. Our Christmas Card Sales were a debacle, making a record $4.32 profit, but we soothed our mutilated egos with the birthday calenders, and bake sales. We finally got a Queen when Kim Izzard won Homecoming. We composed this annual (annual what?) of sorts, to help us remember our exceptional high school years.
