NORTH'S LOSS gave West clear title to third place in the Phoenix City League. Tech leads with a perfect 8-0 record. Fouls-56 were called-marred the St. Mary's - Phoenix Union game. St. Mary's opened with a 12-6 first quarter lead, stretched it to 33-19 at the half, and was never threatened. The win gave St. Mary's a tie with P.U. for last place in the city league.
