Jfeaerue fficera raining orpa The Junior ROTC training pro- gram is a highly regarded instru- ment of our national affairs. Ap- proximately three hundred cities have applied for a similar program, but the military budget prohibits fur- ther expansion of the Junior ROTC. The ROTC program is primarily a course to develop leaders. Self dis- cipline, confidence, tact, and pride are the ultimate objectives. A graduate of Junior ROTC will find himself well prepared to cope with almost any situation that may arise during a national emergency and will be able to apply himself to fill- ing the gaps left by less youthful aspirants.
