The people in special services aid the school in various ways. The career education coordinator andjob placement coordinator help the student by providing work experience before graduation. The school nurse provide medical aid for the student and teachers, while the teachers' aids regulate the activity in the commons areas. Other areas ofspecial services include guidance, library assistance, and attendance. The assistance of the people in special services can never be overlooked in the efficient running of our school. A freshman depends on his counselor to suggest a course ofstudy suitable to his plans for the future. After a year to evaluate the high school situation, the sophomore turns to his counselor to correct any dif- ficulties he has encountered. The juniors and seniors rely on their counselors to recommend a college and prepare their transcripts or as- sist injob placement.
