l I , c Phelps High School Through our years of school, we have taken for granted this building and what it stands for, an education. When we think of Phelps High School, we think of the students and the many friendships that have grown. We think of the hrculty whose devotion and understanding have shown us the way to our education. We are mindful of the many ideas and accomplishments that have come from our school.
