Right now she is working on the radio. She can talk all she .wants to over, 64We, The People, Voice Our Opinion. Margaret Petty has had many jobs, too num- erous to mention. Iam sure she is happy now. In the line of sports, we find Charles Blair now playing pro-football. He is an end for the Washington Redskins. His bruising body blocks and tackles are enough to make anybody shudder. Bernie Bremer, with the help of her husband, is now working her father's farm. She helps work the farm days and watches him do housework nights. Our little man of out-of-town, James Hatch, is still doing it. He is a sales- man for the uBuy Your Caskets Early or Invest in Best Companyf' His boss tells me late hours do not affect him. Just like school days, huh, Jim? By all reports, Ray Deliiuyter still travels to Skusels Corners two or threc nights a week. I wonder how long this will continue. Suspense makes people cur- ious, Bay. It was just flashed ovcr the radio that Admiral Walt Smith has just married. The lucky bride is our lady of society, Shirley Eighmey. All of us wish her the best of luck. A new theatre has just been opened in Newark, The DeLuxe, managed by Betty Lou Leverty. By all appearances it is everything that the name implies. Inci- dentally, while in Newark last week I walked past a barber shop and I saw Virginia DeLooze waiting for her husband. She waited about one hour. During our senior year in high school, I remember an incident just like the one I just mentioned. What is the matter with your persuasive powers, Virginia? In the growing town of Oaks Corners a new store has just been built. It is a five and ten cent store, managed by Lois Overslaugh. fLois figured it would increase the population and they might eventually become a city. il Another one of our former classmates in the service is Betty Pallot. She is in the Nurse Corps, stationed in England. I have not heard any of them complain about going overseas. I wonder why? One of our alumni who is happily married is Ruth Clement. She is living in that wonderful town of Penn Yan. Another one of our alumnus who has moved out of town is Dorothea Lunick. She is now living in Dundee, happily married. Betty Craig has a very successful job. In a law office. The name has not been disclosed. Betty is a difficult person to find when information is needed. As the years pass, many of these people will change their occupations. We wish them all the success in the world, no matter what they do. Iacob Lockemeyer Dorothea Lunick Bill Lyon ......
