Deco- rations centered around a pastel pink. blue, yellow and green color scheme A flat roof over the dining area and a peaked roof over the dance floor highlighted a balloon arch located at the center of the gymnasium. Dinner was catered by the Imperial of Neligh and Mrs. Loretta Zegers baked the cake which featured the Prom's theme. Could've Been by Tiffany. The sophomore table waiters were Brenda Seier. Kirsten Schlesselman. Brent Bode and Brad Benda. The '87 King and Queen. Troy Friese and Linda Starman. opened coronation by dancing to last years theme song going Home by Corey Hart. Music was provided by Sounds of Your Kind Of Music . ATHLETIC BANQUET! Ba All That You Can Bs ! The annual athletic banquet was hosted by the P-Club on May 3, 1988. Special attractions were the introduction of the new floor and speaker Jim Skow. The following awards were presented by Mr. Reinsch, Mr. Rempp. Mr. Harrington, and Miss Rinas. Most Improved VB player was Tami Zabka; Most Valuable VB player Ren6 Petsche; Captains for VB: Rene' Petsche, and Gina Koch. Most Improved JVFB: Jason Henn; Most Valuable JVFB: Brent Bode; Most Valuable Varsity FB: Randy Pelster; Most Improved GBB: Sonya Petsche; Most Valuable GBB: Rene Petsche; Captains for GBB Rene Petsche, Lisa Thieman, and Amy Bottorf. Most Improved B JVBB: Daniel Ketteler; Most Valuable B JVBB: Brad Benda; Most Improved B VBB: Rod Stuhr; Most Valuable B VBB Randy Pelster.
