This is the second year a music major
course is lceing ottered at PHS. The program
includes two years each ot harmony and music
literature. To take this course, a student must
be in some group ot the music department,
such as Band, Choir, or Belles, Mr. lames No-
ble heads the music department,
Art students learn the tour loasic shapes
and how to work with them. They develop
skill in perspective, painting landscape and
still lite scenes, treehand drawing, sculpturing,
silk screening, ceramics, designing, and adver-
