The annual Harvest Carnival was held October 31 in the school gym. Helen Nazarenus was crowned Queen. The princesses were Delores Staple- ton, freshmang Lores Leppin, junioq and Shirley Dodson, senior. WW' Seadoo gcwguet The annual banquet sponsored by the juniors and given in honor of the seniors was held May lh. WBehind us he past, around us the present, before us the futuren was the theme of this year's banquet. E -9 A special church service was given for the seniors May 30 in the First Christian Church at Perrydale. Graduation exercise was held June 3 in the school gym. Dr. Lawrence David Coolidge, Associate Professor of Business Administration at OSC was the commencement speak- er. Z The National Assemblies presented to the students of Perrydale school this year were: Accordion Concerto, G Man, Clay Sculpton Marionettes, Adventures in Electricity, The American Indian Dancers, and Hollywood Make-up. Dzcwuztca The four classes presented their 1-act plays in April. The names of the plays were: freshman, 'Don't Call me Juniorn, sophomore, NIt's Cold In Them Thar Hillsng junior, HDates Incorporatedng senior, WGoing Going Gonen. Passat- '7e4e4a4 ,4 The main project of the PTA again this year was the Smorgasbord style dinner served in the school gym February 6. They bought some more kitchen equipment and sponsored the local talent show again.
