These are administrators, special services people, the board of education and its clerk, Mr. Frey. Mr. Frey is not only the clerk of our board, but a dedicated and highly esteemed member of our school community. He has spent his entire life in this area and has contributed greatly to its welfare and progress. His friendliness and concern have earned him the admiration of many. In 1943, Mr. Frey was elected to the Perry Local Board of Education, a position which he had until 1953 when he be- came clerk. At present he is a member of the Stark County Board of Education and holds the office of president. Because of his many years of loyalty and devotion to our school system, We are proud to dedicate the 1966 Clock to Mr. Elmer Frey.
