Several officers of USS PENSACOLA auctioned their time and services to raise Witty ' inf f'I'm waiting for the tryouts for the 44URPPPP Mr. Olympia competition? money for the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society. All hands were encouraged to make donations in someone else's name, and the people that received the most donations had to perform a specified task. The auction raised over 51800. The First Lieutenant was the top attraction. Crewmembers do- nated over Sl000 in his name, and in return, he was a deck Seaman for a day -- from sunrise to sunset, grinding deck rust. The runner-up for most donations was the Chief Engineer, raising 3420. He scrubbed bilges for two hours. Sorry, CHENG, the photos didn't come out. The XO and Suppo each received honorable mention and cleaned heads in Officer's Country.
