.., liquor M4rg.,1.2.2.,g..-A ...,..4f4r-i O N 72 CDR Flavlus C Potopsingh CDR Potopsingh, a native of Brooklyn, New York, Potopsingh assumed duties as Commanding Officer, USS graduated from Pace University in New York City in 1974. He was commissioned from the U.S. Naval Officer Candidate School, Newport, Rhode Island, in June 1975. CDR Potosingh has served on seven ships through- out his career, including USS FISKE CDD 8421, USS MAHAN CDDG 42j, USS FORT SNELLING CLSD 305, USS MCINERNEY QFFG 81, and USS CALOOSAHATCHEE CAO 981. Upon completion of PXO pipeline training, CDR Potopsingh reported to USS SPIEGEL GROVE CLSD 321 in February 1988 as Executive Officer. In May 1989, CDR SPIEGEL GROVE, decommis- sioning the same in October 1989. He assumed command of USS PENSACOLA on 30 March 1992 while the ship visited Antwerp, Belgium dur- ing TEAMWORK 92. CDR Potopsingh's personal awards include the Navy Commendation Medal with gold star, Meritorious Unit Commendaton and various service and Marksmanship awards. CDR Potopsingh is married to the former Lirmette Frampton of Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania. They have two children, Chandra and Kalinda, and reside in Hampton, Virginia. Www-ww Munn,-

He was commissioned from the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps in May 1979. LCDR Robb's sea duty includes tours on USS ALBERT DAVID QPF 10501, USS PELELIU QLHA 51, USS FANNING QPF 10765 and USS TOWERS CDDG 95. LCDR Robb completed the PXO training course in September 1992 and subsequently reported to USS 'PENSACOLA as Executive Officer. LCDR Robb's personal awards included the Navy Commendation Medal with gold star, the Meritorious Unit Commendation and various service awards. LCDR Robb is married to the former Carol Wetmore of Hadden Heights, New Jersey. They have one child, Rosalynn, and reside in Norfolk, Virginia.
