The beginning of the year was a bit confusing with the class changes from room to room, the addition of Phys. Ed. and the adjustment to a different schedule. As the year progressed, things became easier and with ease came enjoyment. Perhaps these adjustments will smooth the transition to Jay County East Junior High School. 14

Sixth Grade The highlights of the year for the sixth grade were the trip to the Shrine Circus in Ft. Wayne and the winning of the spelling bee by Amy Morgan. Other special activities included tutoring kindergarten and a play Not Only the Strong.
