Well, that's what we were doing, but it seemed like an awful long time just to get off the bot- tom rung. But at least now we had someone to push around and keep in line. We were really the big wheels of the Junior High and kept things lively. Demerits were issued like pamphlets at a political rally. Everyone still took reading and no one took any electives. We waited for the day we would have lockers so we didnat have to carry three or four books. Mr. Kish, who seemed a little bigger then than he does now, was our class advisor and got things going for the big event of the yearethe Eighth Grade class party. Room 7 Top: C. Anderson, L.
