I remember 'how inter- ested he was in that chapter in Sociology in cross-breeding plants. Now I under- stand! Milly - Say, talking about experimenting, El- mer has been raising some rare coon dogs. He is president of the Coon Hunters' Asso- ciation in Wood County. Betty - Oh, yes, I read in the Leader that he won first prize with one of his dogs on line and third prize on tree. Milly - Glen Jurgens always went coon hunt- ing too, didn't he? I wonder wihere he is. I Have you heard? Betty - Yes, he joined the Navy. John always talked about joining the armed forces, too. Milly - John is teaching las and foreign lan- guages in Columbia University. Bill is in the army. He is a staff sergeant. Betty - You know, we have talked about al- most all our class. Where is Ruth? Bar- bara makes a cute little nurse, doesn't she? Milly - She certainly does. A couple lears ago wihen she was a delegate from Women's and Chlldren's Hospital in Cincinnati to that con- ference we had she said Ruth was doing bookkeeping and secretarial work for the Athletic Association in Columbus. Betty - Oh, Milly, I forgot to tell you, Tom Sigler is president of that association. Milly - Really! Oh, hasn't this talk been won- derful! I can hardly wait until our next class reunion this fall.
