The Junior-Senior Prom was lovely and enjoyed by all. It will always linger in our memories. To all the teachers, and especially to Mr. Heckman, Mrs. Russell and Mrs. Cornell, we wish to express our thanks for the patient ad- vice and guidance we all received from them. Now that we are about to leave high school and the years we have spent together. may go one way, another another way, but high school memories will never be erased. D U A . N E P A. We were all proud to have some of our boys on the basketball and baseball tearns again. During the year we elected these officers: President - Scott McCreary Vice President - Duane Patterson Secretary - Donald Cobb Treasurer - John Dirksen Reporter - Joyce Ballard Atlh. Ass. Rep. - George Riehm We started our Junior year with thirty- three students, but we had the misfortune to lose Don Cobb in the middle of the year. We again had Mrs. Russell as our class sponsor. One of the big events of this year was our Junior Play, Wanted, A Hero, given No- vember seventh, under the guidance of Mrs. Cor- nell and Mrs. Russell. We had the privilege of serving two ban- duets during tlhe year to make money for our class trip that we are planning to take at com- mencement time. VVe again were proud to have some of our boys on the basketball and baseball teams. We were also very proud of Jewell Lawson, Delores Hagemeyer and Dorothy Samson, who were cheerleaders. The biggest event of the year was the Junior-Senior Prom. After much planning and a lot of work, evervthing came out beautifully. The Huber Brothers orchestra played all the music needed for everyone to have an enjoyablr time. The following were elected as class cers: J O Y C E B A L L A R. Milly and Betty are supervisor and assistant supervisor of me Emergency Department at Cleveland hospital. They have just ad- mitted a patient. The patient is none other than: Milly - Why, Jewel, will wonders never cease! Betty! Look who has come. Jewel and Scott. Whatever happened to you? We can fix that arm in a jiffy. Scott can go in- to the waiting room while we admit you and fix your room. That reminds me, you may use the new room which has just been remodeled by Jim Eisenmour. He got a pro- motion the other day and now is the super- intendent of a huge construction firm. Betty - Well Scott, how has life been serving you? What brings you to Cleveland any- way? The last time I saw you was at that baseball game, in about '56 when Louie was pitching. Wasn't that a superb game? Milly - Talking about baseball, did you know Pat is short stop on the Cleveland Indians team? Well, Scott, it certainly is nice see- ing' you and We ll see you at visiting' hours again this evening. Betty - Come on, Milly, let's go up with Jewel. We can stop on 3rd and get Dorothy too. If they aren't performing an operation I'm sure she'll run up with us for a few minutes. Jewel will be happy to see her. Dorothy has been so busv since that new class of nurses came in: makes an excellent teacher. Her interest is so great in all her pupils.
