QL m A QxA'g,wQA5mL 1 ENT 5 SUPEHINIENU M55-WE Let me congratulate you -- S eniors of '63 -- upon the at tainment of another step in your quests for an education. In the utmost sincerity I can say it has been an honor and a pleasure to have been a small part in helping you attain this goal. Remember this, graduationis not an ending but a begin- ning. Don't minimize the value of your high school education. Treat this step as the doorway to greater accomplishments through persistent and hard work rather than ameans of avoiding work. Iam sure that someday you will see that this is the real purpose of your education. Piwgygylx -nf The world into which you are now stepping is the most ex- citing, the most challenging, and the most demanding to be met by any generation since the beginning of time. Enjoy it, make of it what you will, but do not forget that it is yours for a short time only and future generations will judge youby your accomplishments, by what you are for, not what you are a- e, notwhatyouhinder, and by your gainst, y re and progress of rnankind. b what you promot contributions to the Welfa 4-no-X, SARA VIOLA GOODNOW Band 1, 2, 3, Chorus 3, 4, Pom Pom 1, 3, 4: I. Composed by the SENIOR CLASS of '63 and not necessarily the ideas of the donor. These are not to be taken seriously. !'!f4.5'.5' Pf?0PHf6'!' The Place: Payson, Arizona, U. S. A., Earth The Occasion: Reunion of the Class of 1963 The Time: 197 3 The landing area is readied and everything is set forthe first arrivals of the Class of 1963. A First to arrive is that old senior class president himself, Lance Stew- art. He arrives in his now compact spacemobile, compact because of some complications with radar poles. Lance is a smashing success in the O. K. used helicopter business. Look who just zipped in, those two smiling debutantes from Mercury and Mars, Carol Manthe and Patty Taylor. Carol is now an aeronautical mathematics professor at the University of Mercury and Patty teaches English and Martian at the Mars Planetarian College. Jinx Pyle has just come galloping up. He is leader of the Mounted Galaxie Posse, stationed in inner space to keep a watchful eye on Haley's Comet. Zowee---Trudy Cryger comes swooping down in her Cadillac craft. Trudy does a little secretary work now and then, but during the summer season she takes on her stage name, Trudeth M. Qfor massive, Bulgebottom. She is a stand-in for the fat lady in the Universal Circus. Speaking of Cadillacs, here comes another with Kathy Probst in it. Kathy is the head of a large company that makes ve ry vendibilable vernalvenus vermi- celli traps, on Venus of course. Gadzooks, duck---Doc Dimbat! ! ! ! In his souped up spacemobile no less! Doc is an engineer working on plans to build an extension airway between Venus and Jupiter. Take care not to get infront of that souped up spacemobile, oh well, I guess it is okay because here comes a nurse from Neptune. The Florence Nightingale of the space age, Patti Picht. What's that commotion over there? Why it's Senator Charles Robert Mar- tin, filibustering of course, from Pluto. Before entering politics, Bobby was an atrocious success in business administration at the Pluto Pop-In Pop-Out Popcorn Plantation. Look! Here comes Leckie Cline and Janice Damron. Wonder what those two have been up to? Oh, they are secretaries putting in a three hour work week, pushing buttons for the Universal Uranus Uranium Users Utopia. Who's thathandsome guy over there? Why it's R. G. Randall himself. The famous milk skater who teaches milk skating on the Milky Way. We knew him when he was just plain ole Robert, but now days it's R. G. Do youhear music? Should have known it, it's Sara Croodnow. She has her own orchestra now ya know, it's called the North Star Symphony. And I do mean Symphony! ! ! ! Here comes Bern Walker, an engineer who is working on a special project, reconstructing spacemobiles after colliding with those cotton pickin' wandering meteorites. Maybe he should go see Lance? Voom!!!!!! -------- Screech!!!!!!---- ---- Clank!!!!!!---Theregoesthe flagstone again, it's Kay Flack, per usual! ! ! ! ! ! This top notch home econo- mist has been designing those new Saturn bathing suits with the rings in the right places---WOW! ! !! Well, it looks as though everybody is here, we'll have the count down and then off to the party! ! ! ! ! ! !! 10--9--8--7--6--5--4--3--Zu1--O BLAST oi-arm 6'l,4J'.5' 0fH6'fA'.5' President ----- ---- L ance Stewart Vice-President ---- --- Leon Sluyter Secretary ----- ---- T rudy Gyger f100!VJWf?f Mrs, Grimes Mr, York .i M B A v Beware we T X .
