She is a member of the Girls' Service Club and participates actively in athletics, plays and musical productions. Nursing is her choice. PATRICIA VIRGINIA PYLANT I5I North Decker Avenue Cheerful Pat excels not only in shorthand and typing, but also is very active in sports. Her present experience in stenography is helping her for a secretarial career. PETE RAFAILIDES 501 A'eu'lrirk Street Pete will manage a grand grocery immediately after February. A pleasant wit and casual personality will assure him of many customers. ARCHIE .IOSEPH RAY 3512 Fail Avenue Although he now has the hobby of astronomy, Bud wants to be a mechanic. His responsibilities in school include being a member of the Student Council and a Press Rep- resentative. EILEEN M. R. REDTMAX 713 North Kenwood Avenue Leen', is one of Jobs, Daughters and enjoys church work. The Banquet Committee takes up most of this young lady's time after school. JOAN CAROLYN REINHOLD 802 South Ellwood Avenue Ginger wishes to become an Angel of Mercy and also obtain a Bachelor of Science Degree. She participates in all sports and is active on the Clipper business staff. our parents watched us FRANK RESCH IR. 802 South Bouldin Street Frank, as chairman of the Commencement Committee, has the many worries of handling the arrangements for caps, gowns, and diplomas. He is also a member of the Rifle Team and lieutenant of the Student Patrol. PHILIP LEONARD RINK 1711 Freedom Way Rink , whose art work and numerous designs are well known to Patterson, will pursue his career further after graduation. His many school activities include the Key Club, and art editor of the Clipper. ALLEN CARROLL ROBERTS 3121 Leverton Avenue After graduation Robbie,' plans a future career in farming. His favorite pastimes are playing softball on the class team and listen- ing to hillbilly music. DENNIS RLARK 3237 Fail Avenue For two years Den has accepted the responsibility of being president of the February class. JOAN HILDA NEAL 2905 Fait Avenue After graduation ,Ioan hopes to secure a job in an office. She has been an active participant on basketball, volleyball and bad- minton teams. DOROTHYE ELIZABETH NEUBERT 2801 Edison. Highway Dot claims history as her favorite subject. Soft, dreamy music has her admiration. This charming lass is a neat dresser who is looking forward to getting married. VIVIEN STEPHENIE NIX 522 Rappolla Street '4Viv , a soft-spoken young lady, is a very active member of the senior class, for she is the assistant business manager of the Clipper and in charge of art work for the Senior Prom. VVILLIAM DONALD OTRADOVEC 426 North Robinson Street Will is a true sportsman, for he particpates on the soccer, 'V' football and basketball teams. He is undecided as to whether he should go to work or enlist with Uncle Sam. American Education Week. . . KATHERINE ELIZABETH PASQUINELLI 3001 Pulaski Highway Kas , the athletic miss of our class, participates in such sports as volleyball, basketball and hockey. Her interest in sports are carried outside school. EUGENE .IOSEPH PERRY 24 North Lakewood Avenue This tall, lanky senior participates in class basketball and softball. 'sGene's only ambition is to be a credit to his family. JANE MARION PLACE 1804 East Pratt Street Our dark-haired beauty, Jane, will brighten any office. One of her outside activities is keeping a scrapbook of our football team. .IAMES PORTER 623 South Rappolla Street Our Student President gained valuable experience in the General Assembly, Senate, and as prexy of the Key Club. Participation in extra-curricular activities will aid in his future college plans.

Although uncertain of future plans, his ami- able character will aid considerably. ELIZABETH SALINGER 313 South Washington Street Betty whose nimble fingers skim over the 88 keys with ease, hopes to become an efficient secretary. She spends most of her spare time skating and listening to popular music. CLAIRE ALLENE SANTOS 6610V3 Graceland Avenue This petite miss has ambitins of becoming an airline hostess. Claire, better known as Baby Doll , enjoys a good match of badminton. NORMA LORRAINE SCHICKNER 910 South Linwood Avenue Norm divides her time between ballet school and watching television. She takes interest in sports and sewing. Her achievements in English will help make her a good office worker. .IOHN EDWARD SHARPNESS 3500 Baltimore Street John has participated on class basketball and softball teams during his stay at Patterson. He lists engines as his most favorite subject. GEORGE SHEIKO 410 North Rose Street The U.S. Naval Reserve claims George after graduation. During his spare time he plays the accordian. His ambition is to be an electrical supplies salesman. Ours was DOROTHY MAE SHERMAN 1103 Steelton Avenue Dot,,, took time out from her duties as the chairman of the Senior Banquet to take part in the senior play. This pleasant young lady looks forward to a domestic career. .IOHN ERNEST SIBREA 603 South Tolna Street This naval reservist was an active member of the Glee Club. John lists his secret ambition as wanting to drive a stock car. JOYCE LOIS SISSON 2919 0'Donne1l Street '6Sis , active in sports and a prominent member of the Girls' Service Club, is kept busy as secretary of our class. She will succeed as a secretary in the business world. EDWARD LOHMAN SMITH JR. 129 South Linwood Avenue Smitty , 6 foot 5 above seal level, reigns as captain of the Varsity Tennis Team. His knowledge of model airplane structure will aid considerably in his future plans for a career in the Naval Air Corps. a life
