This senator of the of the Student Council finds time to work on the business end of the Clipper. ROBERT FLEISCHMAN 6717 Roberts Avenue This quiet lad is interested in law and music. His favorite pastime is strumming his electric guitar. Sports also catch this sen1or's interest. GORDON CLARKE FLYNN 3508 East Lombard Street '4Flynn'7, our class wit, has begun to fulfill his ambitions through his appearances on television. He can be seen play- ing his steel guitar with the Lazy H-Ranch Boys. Harvest Hoe -Down -- ABDOO ELIAS FODEL 1225 Rayleigh Way As a member of the photography staff of the Clipper, Abdoo is constantly on the go. He claims softball, basketball, and football as his favorite sports. GEORGE FOERTSCHBECK 909 South Conkling Street On leave from the Marine Corps in order to complete his high school education, George will be remembered for his neat appearance and participation on the Rifle Team. THOMAS MERRILL FORD JR. 634- .Worth Kenwood Avenue Tom divides his time between being a mainstay of the Visual Aids and a sergeant of the Student Patrol. As an active participant in the Naval Reserves, he is obtaining his preparatory background for a naval career. NANCY ANN FOWLER 4-11 South Elluood Avenue Nance , who is a perfect example of neatness, is president of the Girlis Service Club. She excels in typing, piano playing, and sewing ELLEN MARY FRATE 501 South Decker Avenue Ellen77, more commonly known as Mr. iVIcCarriar s secretary, hopes to work in an office after graduation. Other interests for this senior are volleyball, basketball and tennis. HELEN LORRAINE FRY 10 South Elfwood Avenue A popular Distributive Education student, who can usually be dependent upon to help when the situation arises. She always participates in class sports and extra curricular activities with boundless vim. VERNON GEORGE DIGGS 44-5 South Drew Street Vern7' takes part in all class sports. This neat appearing senior is a member of the Junior Yarsity Baseball Team. After school he plays sports for Bay View. WILLIAM DONALD DOBBINS 4-27 North Morttfora' Avenue Although in school he enjoys prophetic sayings of teachers, Ducki' is an avid motorcycle fan after 2:30. He centers his future plans about some phase of engineering. NANCY LEE DYER 200 North Clover Street Although Nan,' has never held any class office, she has al- ways volunteered her services to the class. This is shown by her presence on most of the senior committees. CHARLES WILLIAM ECKERT 2547 Fleet Street Eck , blond haired lad with the cheerful smile, has a knack 5' for getting into trouble. His after school hours are taken up by sports. Her school activities include the Girls' Service Club, Yearbook and head of the Lost and Found. JOHN WILLIAM EDWARDS 714 North Port Street John who is an active participant in class sports, can often be found in movies after his school day has ended. After graduation, he hopes to travel West. FRED GEORGE ELLICK 1100 South Conkling Street This well-liked senior has long been the mainstay of the baseball and soccer teams. His sportsmanship and aggressiveness have made him one of the best known Patterson sports personalities. MITCHELL J. ERAIQTH 3209 Elliott Street Mitch',, our class vice-president, was in charge of all print- ing for our class affairs. He worked long and hard to make the Harvest Hoeclowni' a success.

This member of our Varsity Track Team also played on cham- pionship softball and basketball class teams. He plans to be a cook in the Navy. CARROLL HARTLOVE 703 South Decker Avenue His duties as editor-in-chief of the Clipper are lightened by his photographic knowledge. Afternoons will find Hartie constant- ly rejuvenating the weary staff with his witty sayings. LORRAINE HARVEY 3506 Grantley Road Han spends most of her alter-school time playing basket- ball. Oh, how she loves that lunch period! This lass with the pearly white teeth hopes to become a secretary. CARL JEROME HENRY 5107 Holder Avenue Chuck is a whiz at chemistry and gives his extra time to the Student Patrol. This dark-haired young man plans to enter college after graduating. JOHN GEORGE HINES JR. 1742 Lancaster Street Although John had many responsibilities as vice-president of the Student Council, he found time to be an officer of the Key Club and to participate actively on the track and soccer team.
