And so we, the class of Iune '44, find it diflicult to thank Miss HARRIET VERNON, our adviser. We have seen the sea calm and peaceful, and we have seen it so turbulent and stormy that it threatened the safe docking of our ship. Through it all, Miss Vernon has been at the helm, charting our course and steering us through. For her guiding spirit and sympathetic understanding, we are truly grateful.
