VICTCDRY T LAST! Homecoming '84 was fantastic! Thursday afternoon each class decorated a hall patterned after the theme, 'lAladdin's Castle, and spirited students then moved to the gym to try something new - a pep rally before the traditional bonfire. The band performed, the cheerleaders sparked up spirit, and the court was introduced. On Friday morning, the winners of the hall decorating contest were an- nounced. In first place were the se- niors with the sophomores finish- ing a distant second. Trailing closely behind were the juniors and freshmen, respectively. To boost school spirit, students dressed in green and white on the day of the game. At 6:45 Friday evening, cars and trucks gathered in the Civic Center parking lot where they were lined up for the parade. The parade then proceeded across Glen Avenue, through the stadium parking lot, and around the track surround- ing the field.
