Radio Club The Radio Club, headed by Mr. Nelson, helps to promote interest in the field of radio by aiding boys in obtaining their amateur licenses. All the members are enthusiastic about their amateur radio station, which transmits broadcasts from the school. Science Club Throughout the year the Science Club has taken many interesting weekend field trips gathering specimens and knowledge as well. The Science Club, though not large, has contributed much to the social life at Parkrose. This year their main project was the rebirth of the Beachcomber's Ball, an annual event that had been cancelled in the past due to student lack of interest.
