choraliers Choraliers has contributed their full share in the Choral activities which have been presented this year. Under the student di- rection of Terry McKee, they have done a job for themselves, and for the whole de- partment. They earned money to buy new outfits, and also help finance Brigadoon, the spring musical. The group found many other ways to keep themselves busy, al- ways being constructive in their efforts for the school. 11-ffexli' a Capella choir The members of the A Capella Choir sang their way through a busy year. Mrs. Findlay scheduled numer- ous performances for the group, encouraging the members to practice each day. The A Capella Choir prepared for programs such as the Wilco League Choral Festival, the Arts Festival and the Easter program. Their main efforts throughout the school year were all pooled towards the spring musical, Brigadoon. debonaires Hear, Hear! is the theme song for this year's Debon- aires, although their reportoire contains a majority of Mary Poppins numbers. They have enjoyed performing for such groups as the Officers' Wives Club at the Portland Air Base, a Young Life Parents Night, and a Lions Club dinner at Centennial, given to raise money for a kidney machine. For fun, they held a party at Christmas time for past and present Debon- aires. They had a going away breakfast for their student teacher, Miss Baies, and planned a beach party for May. The Debonaires cer- tainly added a lot of sparkle to the atmosphere at Parkrose.
