COCTCACS Coaching, one of the hardest iobs in school, has its rewards and disappointments. Outside of playing in the state tournament, the coach teaches leadership, spirit, sportsmanship, and skill, By teaching the art ot leading, it gives the team a leader, one who can withstand the pressures, and spirit promotes'morale among the team, creating hustle and drive, which are the ingredients of a winning team. Sportsmanship provides fair play among contestants, while skill shows the talents ofthe athlete as he strives to improve his game. The accomplishments and contri- butions ot any athletic team, can be directly attributed to the hard working and industrious people. advice , observation, omcljoaticrzcef Mr. Trzynka - V.
