The traditional May Services were held again this year, more beautiful than pre- vious years. The senior girls, dressed in blue gowns, formed the court for their May Queen, Barbara Windlancl. Barbara was chosen for this high and well-deserved honor by a student body vote. Assisting Barbara were Regina Santer, crown-bearer and Erma Rusignuolo carrying the prayer card. Throughout the years, Blessed Mother has guided the steps of our class and by par- ticipating in this May Crowning, we felt that we were expressing some of our gratitude to her. 75

GHOST WANTED by Guernsey LePelley Hugo Bromley and Jeff Hall come to Ramshead Rock in answer to the ad: Ghost Wanted--full time, healthful work, haunt- ing lovely island home. Apply Ramshead Rock. Upon arrival they became acquainted with Ginger and Gale Stormgay, the grand- daughters of Granny Kate. The purpose of the ad is to cure Granny ofa prediction for voodooism and the companionship of the Pro- fessor. In the course of events, the four plan to impersonate a drowned fisherman, but this backfires when someone else plots it first. After this, many mysteries follow until the secret panel and passageways are discovered.
