Crofton THE SPANISH CLASS We regret that the pictures of the Spanish Class of '58-'59, instructed by Sister Mary Aquinas, P.C.J., were misplaced due to carelessness. So instead of a picture or series of pictures we shall attempt a resume of our favorite and interesting class. It convenes every day from l2:50 to l:35. lts hours are long but happy ones. As for our accomplishments, they are many but slightly off the subiect. As for our teacher, she is very understanding and we love her, however we have an unusual way of showing it. In class, part ofthe time she is like one of us--this we like. Since we have been in Spanish class, we have not only learned about Spain and her language, customs and problems, but we have also learned more about our fellow students. Of all our classes, this has been the favorite and those who will not be returning will miss this class, above all, its trials and tribulations.

To all who have in some way aided in making this yearbook the biggest and, I sincerely hope, the best in the brief history of Parkersburg Catholic High School, I wish to express my sincerest thanks. First of all, to our parents-the backbone of our class-without whose help and constant guid- ance, the class of '59 would never have been able to continue the yearbook tradition, we thank you wholeheartedly. To the entire staff--Assistant Editors Sandy Morehead and Linda Barsotti, who have put in hours beyond measure of untiring work-- to Business Manager, Regina Santer for her excellent management of our budget-- to Business Agents Mike Abdella, Ron Hill, Bernie McDonough and Karen Strain for their terrific salesmanship-- to Subscription Agents Carolyn Crawley and Mary Lee Ruppel, who introduced this year's Omnibus Omnia to many-- to Photographers Bruce Pierson and Barry Crowley whose co-operation aided in making this yearbook one of real mem- ories-- to Art Editors Bill Deem and Martha Shedan whose ingenuity and artistic ability can plainly be seen throughout this book-- and also to the many typists and copyreaders whose thor- ough and precise work leaves few mistakes to be seen. Thanks to each and everyone of you, for without your assistance, the production of this Omnibus Omnia would have been impossible. To the many business establishments and patrons, whose kind generosity has helped finance this book, we are deeply grateful. To our faculty and administration for putting up with our stubborness as well as some of the many trials and tribulations that faced us during the span of yearbook production, we owe thanks beyond measure. And last but not, by far, the least, to our many subscribers, whose patronage has been the backbone that has kept the yearbook tradition going, we say thank you . We hope that you will obtain as much enjoyment and satisfaction in owning the i959 edition of our Omnibus Omnia, as we did in preparing it for you. We have tried to the best of our ability to make this a yearbook that will be treasured by everyone throughout the years. For the Seniors, we know its contents hold many treasured mem- ories of friends and activities that will always remain a part of us, of the wonderful times spent at Parkersburg Catholic High. We hope that it holds as many pleasant memories for the under- classmen, also.
