Big Bob Pilcher once again was the scoring star for the Crusaders with 23 points on nine fielders and five fouls. Mike Nedeff and Bob Ay- ersman followed closely behind Pil- cher in the point - producing with 15 and 13 markers each. Coolville, showing surprising strength after Friday's loss to the Little Reds, broke fast and stayed on top during most of the first period. At the one - quarter mark the Trojans held a 19-18 lead. But in the second period the Cru- saders torged into a lead they nev- er relinquished with 19 point as- sault and 37-28 bulge at halftime. Pilcher and Nedeft' led the attack that gave Parkersburg the win. The third period was Slow in comparison to the first two as Cool- ville outscored the locals 11 - 10 to cut the gap to 47-39. But the Cru- saders turnen loose a 19-point as- sault in the tinal eight minutes and won going away. Ray Hapney and Charlie Taylor led the Trojan attack with 17 points each, while Kenny Cowdery had 10 points.
